The Baking Industry Research Trust sponsors Science and Technology Fairs in all regions by awarding the NZ Baking Industry Research Trust Prize to the best project or exhibit that uses bread or flour products. The sponsorship amount is $100, with the prize winner awarded $50 (and a baking book) and an additional $50 is included to put towards the administration costs of the Science Fair committee.
