The 2024 Entrants

Introducing the entrants in the 2024 Bread Baker of the Year Competition. We wish them all the best for the Competition which runs from today (20th November) until 21st November in Auckland.

Eric Louis joins us from Nelson where he works at Quality Bakers Nelson. He has entered the NZ Bread Baker of the Year Competition for the experience and to learn new things.

Sadat Ali Rahimi of Coupland’s in Christchurch has entered the competition to expand his knowledge and step out of his comfort zone.

Paul Benham comes from Masterton where he works at Breadcraft. Paul is looking forward to testing his skills and knowledge during the NZ Bread Baker of the Year Competition.

Delmari Janse van Rensburg of New World Rolleston sees the competition as a great opportunity to learn more and push herself into a new experience.

Creag Fraser of Rangiora Bakery in Christchurch enjoys the physical nature of working in the bakery and is looking forward to taking part in the Competition.

Michael Day joins us from Napier where he works at Quality Bakers Hawkes Bay. By taking part in the competition Michael wants to expand his science and technology knowledge.

Zen Ruru-Hoani of New World Queenstown enjoyed the competition so much last year she has returned this year to further expand her skills and knowledge.
